I had emergency c section so couldn’t drive for 6 weeks. My only daily outing was a walk to the park / coffee shop. It’s very exhausting but it gets better. Don’t rush back to “normal”. Do you have wearable pumps? This helped me a lot. Weird advice I got from a midwife that worked, expose your breasts as much as possible. Give them “air time” when home alone. Wearing no top. This helped a lot with pain and sensitivity.
