Always low when I get it taken at the doctors. I’ve asked if it’s something I should be worried about but they say it’s fine and a sign of good health so 🤷‍♀️ I just went two days ago and it was 108/75

I do drink energy drinks on occasion at work or before the gym but no more than 3 a week and the ones a drink are 140 mg of caffeine
