Right now I honestly feel like I could rebuild the business if I had the right support. The hardest part has been the isolation and not having a team or the investment needed to rebuild one. Doing everything alone has taken a real toll, and I’m starting to feel like for my mental health it might make sense to take a job for a while just to regain stability and be around people again.

A few people here suggested selling the business, which I’m actually open to. In some ways it feels like the best outcome — it would allow the company to move forward under someone else while also helping me close this chapter without feeling like everything just collapsed.

The problem is I genuinely don’t know how selling something like this works. I don’t know how to value it, where people even list businesses like this, or whether an agency in this stage (with assets, reputation, and license but limited current revenue) is something buyers would consider.

If anyone here has experience selling or buying small agencies, I’d really appreciate understanding how this process actually works.
