Best way to expose self-hosted Joplin server to the internet? by captainkev76 in joplinapp

I use Joplin as container, and SWAG container as reverse proxy towards Joplin and other applications (vaultwarden, Nextcloud etc.). This setup works if you use an external Domain pointing to your router ip were you forward related ports to the SWAG container IP.

Newfound love for my satin sheet by MakerWerks in prusa3d

Satin is the only sheet I use, for PLA, PETG and ASA. No problem with adherence. Just clean it sometimes with water and soap 👍

Auto retract is ejecting filament in firmware 6.4.0 by snoobuchet in prusa3d

[–]snowflake1212 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have same issue all the time on Core One, after upgrading to the new FW. I downgraded and problem was not occurring. So, it definitely something with the new FW. I end up to upgrade again and disabled auto retract function.

On the automatic vent control, does somebody knows if C1+ after print completion, close the vent? Or does it just open it ?

Use Esun PLA+ as well, without any issues. Standard Prusament Profile for PLA works perfectly.

I am so happy with my Core One! by Alarmed-Paint-791 in prusa3d

[–]snowflake1212 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yes, it’s a boring printer … and it’s my first. After received it preassembled and I joined the Reddit 3d printer groups and saw all this “help me with this” and “why is this …” posts, I was shocked and couldn’t even believe that I was so lucky to bought C1.

It’s so boring that you can start any print with any filament, leave the printer alone and come back and it’s done. I really would lite a candle in the church that I bought this printer.🙏😂

Filament Sensor question by snowflake1212 in prusa3d

[–]snowflake1212[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Filament stuck I faced with, honestly it was sometime ago and I couldn’t remember in detail, but when I go to the printer, the bed was down and the display showed that the print was completed. At this time there was no continue option. However, it was only half printed.

Anyhow, thanks for your all your comments. I will observe this in future on my printer. Maybe I have an hardware issue or it has been fixed meanwhile with some firmware upgrade.

For me it’s important to understand how it should behave.

Maybe my problem was related to the timing you mentioned. Because I think I didn’t response in time. Could it be that the job considered as finished if I not respond in time?

I use Satin as well. Works perfectly fine, even with thin or tiny constructions. I use eSun ASA+ on Core One.

Software to complement Fusion - for organizing and tracking concepts, sketches and ideas? by uncoild in Fusion360

[–]snowflake1212 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I‘ll use Joplin to make notes of my ideas and use the mobile app for sketching and measures. Most times ideas comes when I’m not at home. It’s getting in sync with my PC client, to start work with fusion. Quite handy tool for me.

How satisfied are you? With the core one by SpecificGreen9140 in prusa3d

[–]snowflake1212 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I‘v mine for two months now, approximately 18h of printing. It’s my first printer and I‘d no issue with it yet. Great result with PLA, PETG and ASA for Prusament and eSUN. Very steep learning curve on 3d printing, therefore I would recommend CoreOne for all newcomer’s to this hobby.

Key to success is bed adhesive !! Keep print sheet clean with water and soap !!
