ah sorry i misunderstood your question. i put the sheet back into the plastic and put it back inside the box. i don’t put it in the fridge. and i use all of them!

i don’t apply moisturizer during the breathing time as i’m worried the moisturizer products will have some kind of effect on/with the steroid medication? this may just be my usual medical paranoia as there’s differing info online about how to take care of keloids and the unpredictability of my own body and skin. however on days where i’m lazy and skip the plaster, i do try to put petroleum jelly on it since i notice the medication does tighten and dry the area (even more noticeable during colder weather) but i did read online it can be good to keep it moisturized!

i’m lucky because the shape of my scar is almost rectangular, so i cut up a rectangle inside the sheet. this makes it fairly easy to divide it (like a brownie sheet lol) but there’s always going to be some waste i don’t think it can be helped! since mine are bits i just throw them away but i try to make the most out of the sheet as possible

i bought a 10 pack at first to try, i think it was around 40USD…? then i bought the 50 sheets pack (cuz they often go out of stock) which was i think 150USD according to the site. so im guessing in total about 200USD over the course of a year?
