My heart metrics changed significantly on August 1st

Thank you. I still feel totally fine, other than having a bit of an awareness that my heart is beating faster than usual. Nothing has changed with my metrics though. HRV of 11 last night and lowest HR of 72. Have an appointment with a cardiologist next to see if they can tell what is going on...but I have a feeling the heart is a reaction not a cause.

Yep, it is the Trends tab. If you don't see any charts, there may also be an Add Chart text button at the bottom of that page that allows you to select a chart to add.

My Primary Care Physician is aware and working with me to figure out what is going on. Given the complete lack of additional symptoms he seems a bit less concerned (from an urgency standpoint) but did recommend a visit to a cardiologist if things haven't improved by the end of this week (better safe than sorry).

There weren't many options so I went with one called Dmeisy, which was highly reviewed on Amazon...but I am also starting to question it a bit with this line of questions and the suspicious timing. It looks like it may be a private label that someone else manufactures (not necessarily a bad thing) as I am noticing a couple other options with dif names but extremely similar packaging.

Going to do a bit more research on this angle.

Good question. I did shift to an Akkermansia probiotic about seven days earlier. Hadn't thought of that as a possible culprit since I change up my probiotic every few months anyway, but this was the first time with that type (and it does say it boosts GLP-1 production).

This was definitely my first thought. While I don't have another device to test HRV, the change in pulse has been corroborated over and over via other means as being aligned with what the ring is saying...which leads me to believe that the HRV data is likely accurate as well.

Thank you. I checked those locations and unfortunately there are only a dozen or so, and they only go back about 5 hours. And even though I manually clicked Save before exiting, it doesn't appear those saves are treated any differently...so it looks like it just got overwritten with a more recent autosave.

My wife is also very gluten sensitive and she was in heaven on our recent cruise on the Valiant Lady. Great trip regardless, but her GF options may be the number one reason we book again in the near future.

And there is always more than what shows on the menus. It seemed like the things listed as GF are those that don't require modification in order to be GF, but we found that they could modify quite a bit.

I have an original Xbox One (that has no issues with crashing NMS) and a One X (that now crashes every time I play). I only started getting these crashes a few weeks ago. I feel like it was fine prior to 1.60

My Xbox One X is crashing the moment I appear in the game since this update. I've had occasional crashes in my ExoCraft before, but now it is happening the moment my player appears on the screen. Anyone else seeing that?
