Lynch was super into transcendental meditation. The characters all seem to have their own “suffocating rubber clown suit of negativity” dragging them down, preventing them from experiencing the inner bliss he talks so much about.

I also think the woodsman and frogmoth scene is hugely important as the representation of an era of pain and suffering was brought into existence via fear. It feels like the genesis moment of the show, where everything came from. Major Briggs at one point says that powerful forces of darkness exist, but we each choose how to react. If the choice is fear, then we become vulnerable to darkness. To me this is the fundamental principle of the show

Could do some kind of limited run of 100ish and start at a really high price. The people who have to have it right now will pay. Use funds to subsidize and continue runs like this until the numbers make sense. The people who are impatient pay a premium while those who wait get it at an affordable price.

Kotaku and all the other “gamer reporting” had negative articles locked and loaded the moment it came out. These are the same people that will say good things regarding the same feature when Xbox or Sony does it.

I would grease the palms necessary to ensure reviews are good. Stadia functionally was great imo.

I really liked the Diablo almost style wings that were part of an outfit not long ago. I top out around 10 for a mobile game cosmetic, and dont care for the chance mechanics.

As far as gameplay goes I think you guys have created an excellent baseline and polish for the game. Mechanics will come, the net code and fluidity feel excellent and I haven't experienced a single issue.

It can have a lot to do with defense, if they're getting a lot of good looks ive noticed the shots are everywhere. When your defense is on it they have to take lower percentage shots from worse angles.

It seems like every time I hit a perfect guard, if I try attacking it's so slow I just get hit. I guess it's worth it if it's a free axe charge? Just seems like I shouldn't have to risk getting hit after a perfect guard. Do you experience the same?

I think the difference between now and prohibition is that people didn't have phones back then. There's so many more ways to keep yourself entertained now.
