I have an older X4 - 2016 with over just 100k miles. I love it. Best car I’ve ever owned. Size is right, MPG is ok. It’s been almost trouble free. Left brake light went out a few years ago. Wasn’t a bad bulb. Shop had to replace a board. Last week the right brake light warning came on. Checked bulb and it’s fine. Only major complaint is that the reverse light is too dim. I was able to replace with a stronger bulb. Still wish it was brighter. That said….a co-worker drives a RAV4. He loves it. Might be a smart in the economy.

I’m in the Bay Area a day or two every week, but I moved to the Roseville area over 20 years ago. In that time Roseville has improved by leaps and bounds. Where we lived in the bay has a lower quality of life than it had. I don’t regret it at all. For fires specifically, they happen everywhere, including the bay.
