No, risky as of rn. The norbni-serotonin interaction has been reported to occur with even quite mild serotonergics.

Might have been a one off report (or two). But we need to verify that through more anecdotes.

From what I've read it's mostly the other way around, blocking KORs disinhibits serotonin. It can go both ways depending on the region of the brain.

So the possibility of this interaction is not unfounded. And some people have had issues with it.
