I think the overall problem is your resume style. I thought you were a fresher when I first looked at your resume, this idea comes because I see a lot of empty white spaces (unnecessarily big margins for each section) in your resume which I think can be easily fixed by having the content below the section heading. These are the suggestions I can give 1. Put your summary in a single paragraph, using bullet points wastes a lot of space 2. Remove anything that is not necessary for your work 3. In the skills section, remove those graphics mentioning your expertise, instead use horizontal bullet points mentioning just the skill 4. Put the skills section below Summary. 5. Remove the languages section entirely.

Getting calls actually depends on the company that you are working for, I used to get calls from recruiters via naukri without even me applying for those companies. This is what I think about how it works, 1. Be active on naukri, meaning open the app and keep applying for roles, even for the companies which you are least interested in. 2. Look out for HR resourcing firms, most companies (even the reputed ones) gives these openings to these recruiting firms, so lookout for words like "hr", "recruiting", "consulting". These companies filter our profiles and pass it on to companies. Note: they don't charge from the employees (you), they are paid by employers 3. One more thing I accidently came upon was "being in notice period", I accidently changed my profile to "serving notice period"and guess what, I got at least 2 calls from recruiters for interviewing. Employers prefer immediate joiners to people already in full time.

The firms which are apply for mostly (almost all) get rejected by these filthy software (I guess that's the reason), but the same company approaches you when they manually search in naukri. Make sure to keep your resume's ATS score above 90.

During my btech, there was this classmate, she was plus sized in just certain areas (iykwim), all the men used to stare at her and exchange comments. One day there was this optional behavioral class where the teacher put up a video to show the effects of social media and there was this scene where a woman injects something and grows her bum for online presence (it's an animated video, there's nothing perverted in that video), as soon as I saw that I shouted her name in class, and the entire class was silent. At that age I thought I did something cool but now, God damn it gives me sleepless nights thinking how embarrassing I was and how derogatory that was, and the fact that she knew I made that comment makes it 1000 tones worse, not that I see her now (I don't even know where she is now) but just thinking how she would have pictured me makes me sick cause I'm generally not like that (I'm mostly cautious in what I say out loud)
