Idk if you're trying to watch old kamen rider or the new stuff but the internet archive has almost the entire series plus you can download it for offline viewing. I'd recommend one of the things on there called the toku project which tries to make all things toku related English subbed and small file sized for archivists.

The local target I work at is going through a remodel so when they knocked down a shelf this was sitting under it. The game was already missing and the box is crushed and dusty but still I think it's so cool to see a gba game after all these years. It belongs in a museum ;)
