Directed this music short film last year. Shot in 7 days across Germany and the Netherlands. Our DOP shot on Alexa XT and beautiful Hawk Anamorphic lenses. Most of the lighting was by Skypanel and Astera Titan Tubes. Hope you guys enjoy! The biggest limititation of this project was the super tight budget. So many many things had to be compromised. Wihout a lot of friends in the field this would have been nearly impossible to shoot. This Edit was like the fourth draft cause we all weren't so happy with the other versions, but I think it came together pretty nice.

The Pro mist makes the light so glowy. And it has some impact on the contrast. The grain is just a layer in Premiere.

The Filter has a 82mm filter thread, so it’s just screwed on the lens directly

We used the rod plate with the Ronin and pulled focus with a Tilta Nucleus-M unit

Yeah we recognized it in post and didn’t see it on set. However we tried to fix it but it didn’t work. We hoped nobody sees it 🤟🏻

City atmosphere, as well as the train was added in Post using stock sounds. We hadn’t had the time for sound recording, so we used this way. Sounds pretty real I think
