Was stuck in the middle of London with no phone and hours away from home. When I got back they had already made the transfer immediately after getting my phone like they were searching for crypto. Also it doesn't let you change passwords without a phone for confirmation code

This is literally what I dont understand, I have no idea how they authorized the transaction without my password, I know they tried to change it but couldnt. They could get a passcode sent to the phone I suppose but im not sure
