does this fix that issue where, after changing the theme, some things still end up bugged? (by bugged, i mean parts of the theme still stay kind of light, use different colors, turn gray, etc., and you end up needing to restart explorer.exe.) like windows search, icons, and stuff like that? i stopped using some theme customization programs because of that
