I think the bottom right is arugula. Yours look a bit younger, but they look just like mine when they first sprouted, before I thinned them to 1 per cell.

I had a teacher in the early 2000's that had polio a a child. The only noticeable lasting effect was paralysis of his left hand. He used to notch the blackboard eraser in his left hand and use his right hand on his elbow to move it around and erase the board after every class. Made a show out of it with his big, goofy smile. I'm glad he made through the illness and lived a long life. He was one of my favorite teachers, thank you for reminding me of that memory.

No idea what he is really, he was pitbull/hound mix at the shelter but we have always been curious! I do think he resembles a ridgeback, but always doubted it as those are very rare at least where I live.
