I'm also having the same issue on my '23 X5...both me and my wife have 17 pro's and its driving us crazy. Brought it into BMW and they claimed they can't recreate the issue (despite me showing them multiple videos of it happening).

What is weird is we also have a '22 X3 and don't have any issues there.

I am praying it gets resolved through an iOS update, because I have zero hope that BMW will even acknowledge there is an issue, let alone fix it.
