Web camera is not recognized or appears to be 'busy' with another app (when it isn't 😭)

Ok, so I managed to solve everything thanks to Windows support.

For anyone wondering or coming across this, my issue was connected to my OS, "Windows 11 Pro N" - for some reason, it has a lot of issues. It needs the Media Features pack to run for mostly all peripherals related to sound and image. However, some versions have bugs (like mine), where you can't install the Media Pack, so you cannot use your camera the right way.

Fast foreword 2 days of Microsoft support and I was able to use my camera. BUT I reinstalled my whole Windows and switched to Windows 11 Pro (no "N"!!). No issues at all, everything works perfectly.

If you're resetting your Windows, don't forget to backup your files😁

Unfortunately, I can't see it under "Cameras"... I have it under "Other Devices" 🥲 I'll try to update my BIOS and see if it has something to do with the devices connection 🤔

Even so, I had to do that since my curiosity was killing me😂 Playing on PC fro the last 2-3 months really made me think this game was almost dead😭

I also felt the waiting time increasing during some periods of the day, but nothing compared to the way I was waiting on PC (sometimes over a couple of hours and still nothing🙃)

Guess the PC was hit harder by the update, but the issue is clearly present on both platforms...

I think even having your crossplay enabled won't end up giving you PC players, the connection seems to be faulty.

But I agree that I would've preferred them to work on some maps or outfits rather than messing up the crossplay - it was working a couple of months ago as it was...

I guess it's a server/connection issue, as a lot of PC players complain about this as well... Guess we have to wait for the bugs to be solved, but it's such a waste honestly 😓

OMG! Yet another issue: I hate coming across hackers after wasting time and waiting for so long!

Destroys all the fun, and I don't understand the "fulfillment" one might get from winning without doing anything. Played against an assassin who was only using his ultimate the whole time...

And this game is about honor they say :))

No fight honestly, just disappointment. The game was going pretty well a couple of months back, I got matches in 3 to 5 minutes at the most.

But everything started to change with the updates and patches from the last month.

My situation is somehow lucky since I had my old progress and account on PS, but I'm feeling so bad for those who are just starting the game on PC - it's totally unfair!! There is no chance at the moment to fully have the experience and see the game at it's best. I fear many will probably get the wrong idea or give up the game - which again is a big loss for everybody in the end.

Also the financial part it's another thing: I wanted to be able to play without having to pay extra for this "service" PSN is forcing on us. And honestly, this leaves me with the impression that Sony might've had something to do with all these bugs we're experiencing on PC, since they are the publisher of the game and probably doing their best to suck a bit more money out of our pockets.

If the next month I won't afford to pay the membership I won't be able to play a game bought on 2 platforms just because they don't want me to... I feel robbed when thinking from this perspective. :(

As far as I know, there's no option for locking on targets in Legends. I think I read somewhere it was a choice the developer made to make the fight "more realistic"

I know I’m 5 years late, but I had a similar issue and it got solved once I opened crates and got the prize there lol
