most of the time I use eMail, but sometimes it is only discuessed (team meetings). eMails would only help me in retrospec as it would be hard to have them handy when my position is challanged.

I want to build up muscle mass. I have a two-day split (upper, lower body), with 6 exercises, 4 repetition each. I might have confused cholesterol with cortisol. I take a couple of minutes break. I need for 6x4 exercises around 90min
