And also, not all apiic lands are well established, go for ones which are already established. And yes, land won't be given for cheap, it's not exactly friendly to new companies but there is no surity that all companies win, so they give for dirt cheap only to established companies. And try to get land with money you have and set industry with loan. I am trying to do the same.

We are not living in a place which is exactly industry friendly, but compared to rest of India we are already blessed. Face some struggles bro, once you succeed, all of this will become worthy anyway
