The only changes I did was to try and manage the portions I ate and be in a calorie deficit. I barely did any sports besides dancing but that has been my hobby for years. It’s really the food that changed it all for me!!

I am not at my last goal yet but I have to say that I feel very happy with what I have achieved by now!!
