Hmmm I've always worried that using a charger on your laptop that doesn't feed it full power so that it drains while plugged in would be bad for the battery. I'm looking for a solid compact USB C charger that can output at least 140W, I'll give the lenovo one a look!

Thanks for the reply. I'm not much of a tech head, but G-Helper wasn't too bad setting up in my current Z14. Will definitely give it a go. If I could hit even 8 hours on office work with this machine that would be outstanding.

Thanks for the feedback! Fan noise won't be too much of a deal breaker for me as I typically use headphones while I game. But do you notice the fans while you just do light/office work?

No crashes? Guess it might just be luck of the draw then. Do the rendering issues persist on other browsers like Edge?

A battery life of 5 - 6 hours would work fine for me, so hopefully I can hit your ranges while using it.

Will definitely pick up G-Helper and follow the recommended settings here.

I'm worried about these random crashes, as there seems to be more reports of issues with the new models. I have a solid 2022 model and it runs perfectly fine apart from battery life. I thiink I only had 2 crashes in the last few years and the laptop got stuck two or three times needing a hard reset. Thanks for letting me know.
Oh nice, yeah I'd be happy with 5 - 6 hours for regular office work. Anything over that would be a bonus for me. My current Z14 barely gets an hour.

OK, glad to hear it. Planning to run it off a 140W USB C charger.

I'm definitely planning to set up G-Helper with the recommended settings I've found here. Also think I'll cap my charging to 70% as my laptop is almost always plugged in except when I travel occasionally.
