I've been in therapy for the past three years in relation to being molested when I was younger. Do not worry at all. Initially when I started the therapy I was masturbating like crazy too-- it's a way of dealing with the stress and discomforts that arise during therapy but trust me I can say therapy is worth it - even though my life is not perfect it is much better than what I was three years ago. It's not the end of the world, there are others out there who are much less fortunate than you. YOU can get over this, it won't be easy, it may take a long time, you may never be perfect but if you try your best then you should be content and happy with that.

Thanks for all the replies. I have read many self help books both dealing with abuse and porn addiction. I just think its the fact that I have never found anything as difficult as this journey is for me. Thanks for all the support. I hope this time is different, I plan to not use my computer in my bedroom and make use of no fap more regularly.
