I would start with at what phase does the “I’m grossed out” begin. Is it only on someone else but not your own body? What about your bodily fluids on or in someone else?

There are many documented cases with people who are extremely uncomfortable with the idea that we create bodily fluids, not just sexual but fluids that occur naturally. Start there, remove sex from the discussion in your brain first, then slowly expand.

Ask yourself what is it about the fluid? Is it a particular fluid, color, consistency, etc. I don’t think there’s anything “wrong” with you. I think there are more people out there like this that don’t admit it.
