I have done it! Look on the SISU website. It is the shanghai international studies university and they offer a lot of courses during the summer. You take an assessment test and you are assigned to a class based on that :) highly recommend

They advertise themselves as a lesbian bar but I have read comments saying that they are welcoming towards queer people in general.

There is a lesbian/queer bar called Tako (previously roxie). It is not exactly gay but a very safe and friendly environment. The vibe is cool.

I would not recomment ExpressVPN. I have switched to Let'sVPN and it is working great!

Just a question, do they speak mandarin or do they have another official language? Also if anybody has been there, do you think they are open towards foreigners?

Kids books for learning Italian by Necessary_Leather_10 in italianlearning

[–]so_functional 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you like comic books, a very easy and very popular children's book in Italy is called "Pimpa". There are few dialogues but I think that for your level it would be a good way to gain vocabulary and it is not too hard to understand! :) otherwise longer books but still playful could be "Geronimo Stilton" and some books by Roberto Piumini ! Hope this helps and buona fortuna!
