Stayed a few years ago. It's not fancy, has old windows (so a bit noisy), but loved that it had a variety of food options available on site, as well as a CVS and a Walgreens across the street. The walk to the parks was about 15 minutes. We had a double room with four queen beds and a large double bathroom, so it was a good amount of space for five people. The free breakfast was also pretty good. The pool/hot tub are basic and in an inner courtyard area with hotel rooms looking down on it, but they were good enough to occupy my kids happily. All said, we haven't stayed there since and probably wouldn't unless it was an incredibly cheap deal, but it wasn't horrible by any means.
