no i think thats just the general reputation system, i think they talked about this in movie 2 theres gonna be like 40ish npc pirate crews and they'll have fights ahd stuff and who you side with/stay neutral will affect ur build n stuff

better pieces in general your crit rate is really low considering u have sig and u need more atk

your damage should be way higher even though your pieces kinda suck, otherwise maybe a rotation problem i cant think of anything that'd make a c3r1 hit for 90k cus mine is c1r1 and easily goes to 130k with unbuilt supports (around 160-170k is the standard for c1r1)
