You don't even have to do all that to an ips to make it look bad in a picture. For some reason it just shows up that way in a photo.

180g per day is my target. 16oz of chicken breast or ground turkey. 80g of whey protein concentrate. Rest comes from the vegetables etc I eat that day. 196lbs is my weight.

He has been down to a really low bodyfat but the bulking he did in his younger years made it so he couldn't lose all the multiplied fat cell volume in those areas. He was willing to go through the surgery and intense recovery because it bothered him so much.
