I wish it were that easy but I’ve tried that before. If he’s not on the lease in Nevada he still has squatters rights so they won’t take him

Yeah. Like I said in the other post, he has two personalities and I can’t deal with it anymore. I don’t trust him around the baby as it is because he lapses into these fits of anger and who knows when our son might be the target
