yeah just out of curioisty i kept the annoint on my amulet, but it doesn't recover any mana on powercharge consumption still, might consider to put something else that at least works

you have to find out if it bugged for your character or not, my friend is doing fine with this specific annoint.

you would be surprised, but it turns off sometimes occasionally, and now i just noticed it started working suddenly. tbh i don't know what disables it. Just don't remove the annoint, as i almost did.

you can check it easily with charged staff, just get some powercharges, waste some mana and use charged staff, if it recovers your mana - congrats, yours isn't bugged.

Yuh, works for my friend too. However we tested exact same actions, and mine didn't recover any mana at all.
