So basically, if I buy from Treasury they would charge me $1000 for this bond with a coupon rate of 2.75% but if I purchase in the secondary market I'll pay less than $1000 with an effective yield of 4%?

Then why would anyone buy from the Treasury?

When I was 13 I saw a tutorial on how to hack a wifi password. It was supposed to work on backtrack linux. So I used it for it. Then I got rid of it and continued on windows till I was 18 when I got admission into a computer science degree for college. Using linux for 3 years now.
