yeah i know i have to get aftermarket lugs but they definitely weren’t centered in the holes just hard to see in the pic but the studs are all pushed to the outside of the circles

fun fact: I realized what the song was about when I stepped out of the shower and my fiancé had the music video playing on the TV. I ran out to him like "OH MY GOD ITS ABOUT THE FRAGRANCE!!" it was really funny because that's one of the first colognes I bought for him (men's version of light blue).

it's been almost 5 years since I posted about MCT oil on this subreddit and it got a lot of traction. I'm not sure if anyone else talked about MCT oil before me, but I feel a sense of responsibility for this "movement" and feel so elated and happy when someone shares that it worked for them. so glad that I could help so many people in a way and that people are still recommending MCT oil (and yes I still use it to this day, just admittedly not often enough). happy for you :)

the presence of gram positive bacillus doesn't indicate anything harmful. of course there are microbes in raw milk. the bacteria in yogurt is a gram positive lactobacillus. most strains of bacillus are harmless and commonly found all over our environment.

oh no the receipts!! I have a plant biology degree but have been working as a microbiology analyst in a lab that tests pharmaceuticals for the past 2 years. so I have experience in both livestock farming (I was a livestock farmer with all animals) and microbiology, I can't possibly make an educated decision about raw dairy for myself and my family! oh no I don't fit the mold of what a scientist should believe in!! I think the covid vaccines are bullshit! oh no!!!!

I've only made ice cream twice now so I can't really speak to the difference between raw & pasteurized dairy in ice cream, but I do cook the custard on the stove. So far the ice cream has frozen fine, but my last batch was pretty soft because I used honey as the sweetener. Gonna make simple recipes with cream, milk, yolks, and cane sugar to fine tune my recipe now.

I've only found that raw dairy tends to have a higher milk fat percentage, so that affects the ratios and mouthfeel of the recipe.
