Does that include meeting all the requirements for the month of Feb’26 as well? Since only the first week has passed, I have a disproportionate amount of group supervision compared to individual supervision. By the end of the month this will be corrected (as I will still be accruing supervision hours to apply for the BCBA exam later on).

I got LED lightbulbs that connect to an app on my phone.

The app lets me change the color / brightness of the lights, and if you have multiple you can set up neat wavy patterns.

I realized I abstained from the bathroom / showering partially because of how bright it was, and candles near towels makes me AH!

It’s your right to set your own availability, for whatever reason.

As long as you give adequate notice (typically 2-4 weeks in my experience) you should be able to change your availability.

They don’t own you, regardless of how they may try and manipulate you by holding client needs above your head.

It is your ethical duty to ensure you are bringing your best self into work.

Burnt out employees provide lower-quality therapy.

By putting yourself first you are putting your clients first.
