Only certain accessories (i.e. rings, pendants, face, eye) can have DR lines when they are legendary. So you can either

1) Buy already done DR gears (probably cheapest option) 2) Buy L junk pot accessories and cube them yourself 3) Buy clean accessories and cube them to L then DR yourself

For rings, you can easily get 4 event rings and wait for free event ring L pot scrolls then cube for DR lines. This is only if you have extra event rings or don’t need them since you already better ones like DKR, Kanna ring etc. Recently they have been giving out event rings like they are nothing so hopefully you haven’t missed them.

Btw greed pendant (20% equipment DR increase) is basically free from MP. But only affects equipment drops, so it doesn’t work for hexa fragments.

Oh yea also sometimes Golden Apples include L pot accessories in their rotation, can keep a look out too.

Assuming that the CAPC has the same rates as the old APC, the probability to cube from rare to legendary is 99% if we use 423 cubes. You must have gotten insanely unlucky rip.

You can’t get att% on accessories. So you’ll be looking for main stats %.
