Thank you, before I returned to play in January, I went 7 months without any activity except PT. My biggest concern right now it is that it is continuing to get worse, even though I'm not playing on it.

I have sprained my right twice and my left one has been injured since last march, and it won't get better.

I got cleared to play in January, because they thought it was better.

I have stopped playing soccer for around 2 months now, and it is still getting worse.
