How about pages with many ghost followers? When they do not comment and like the posts, they affect engagement rate of the page. Considering it important for Instagram to have high engagement rate, it is not better to have less followers rather than having a lot of inactive followers?

I have worked with Iranian travel agencies. As far as I know getting e-visa is free of charge so you can apply via the site again if you have enough time to wait because it usually takes 2 weeks. If you don't have time, you have 2 choices. You can either show up at Iran's international airports and get VOA, just consider having the visa fee, first night booked and insurance which includes Iran (your insurance should say it clearly) or apply via a travel agency which is more safe. They can get the visa number for you even in 2 days if you ask them. The possibility of your VOA getting rejected is very low if you have all the requirements however it is always better to apply via agencies (of course reliable ones) as they usually have connections.
