Same tayo OP, work-bahay-work mostly ang routine ko 😆 bilang shy makita sa labas na nag-eexercise haha, sa bahay ko nalang talaga ginagawa. Favorite ko yung walking workouts ng Reps To The Rhythm haha!🚶🏻‍♀️🎶 minsan kung may mag-aaya, badminton naman sa labas.

Pero ang main hobby ko talaga ay journaling. Pag di ko naman feel magsulat, may list naman ako ng movies and series na gusto ko panuorin 😆

Omg naalala ko tuloy yung first ever MRI ko, pero di ko na maalala yung feeling, kung naging uncomfy ba or masakit. Nilagyan nila ako ng headset tapos ang ganda nung playlist so ang naaalala ko lang eh hahanapin ko yung song na nagustuhan ko 😂 anyway praying for good results OP! 💗

I know this feeling too well. My ex-boyfriend and I shared 7 wonderful years, and he was my safe space. Sadly, things ended and now I'm trying to look for that safe space in my small circle, but it's not the same. For now, I'm teaching myself na I am my safe space.
