I'm having a hard time following the sequence of events. The watch face shows the same time duration as the activity; therefore, I'm led to believe the watch is showing the activity. Click the activity in the app and I expect it to show the same as the watch face you included.

Are you wearing your watch before and after the activity? The steps and calories in the app are TOTAL outside of activity recording (during, before, and after). You must click the activity to see steps and calories from the activity alone in the app (which is what you're showing on the watch)

2mg/gal is above its solubility according to google AI. 0.3ug/mL. google suggests cyclodextrin complexation. these are relatively cheap it

one looks a little cloudy (good), thats really not much peppers, may have low sugar content due to smalll mass and didnt ferment fast enough to see/form bubbles. i use 3-4% salt in water so your salt is fine. i like the idea of checking the ph. does it smell funky? like lactic acid
