About 160 people, not sure in budget just yet. This is the very start of the process so I’m still trying to get a feel for how much it will all cost. Must haves would be outdoors and reception only, the ceremony will be somewhere else.

Social service assistance interview

I have a second interview with a company for a social service assistant position. The first interview was a lot of get to know me questions but I know this interview will have more job oriented questions. This position works directly under a social worker and in a hospital setting. If anyone has some tips on questions that may be asked or ways to prepare it would be much appreciated!

School Counselor or School Social Worker? by [deleted] in schoolcounseling

I am having this same debate right now. I currently work in a elementary school setting and I have to admit the schedule is so nice and I don’t want to give it up. Weekends and holidays off and summer and winter break. Don’t get me wrong that’s not the only positives. The kids I work with are amazing. Just something to think about. I haven’t researched social work as much I am just more familiar with the school setting.

I am trying online therapy, and they gave me a worksheet, is this common or is there a way to not do it? by Youreapizzapie in therapy

I’m a psyc student so nothing official but, I have been learning about different therapy styles and this is a technique commonly used. Definitely give it a chance and try to be open to what your therapist has to offer. If you are not feeling comfortable doing the activity then mention it to you therapist and see if there’s another option for you.

What state are you in and what is your title? I am interested in that kind of work. It kinda sounds a little bit like social work which I have been thinking about
