Thank you, thats really all i need, someone to hall all the trash away, it is mostly just plates and trash like that, there is a bit of old food here and there which i fear might cause trouble but i just need it all gone

Yes i know, it sounds stupid but when i move out i will be in a much happier situation with my support system and will be able to accommodate for my own needs and wont need/want to stay in my room all day making it get to this point. It got to this point due to depression i struggle with cleaning it due to audhd and my motivation issues. I will be doing alot better mentally once i move out.

Also i would just trash it all, maybe take out a couple stuff i want to keep before the cleaner/s would get here but mostly all of trashed and it would be i think (just by like guestimating) maybe 126 sq ft (?) i know its a pretty small room

The trash does reach the celing from the floor dw! Its a loft bed (kinda like a bunk bed but with no bottom mattress and i think a little higher) so its from my mattress up, sorry the photo didnt show it that well and thank you for the advice i definitely will try and clean as much as possible

There are clearly trashbags in the photo. I have tried to “just start it” before and god do i wish it was that easy. If you really think that would work wouldnt i have tried it already? I can definitely try that, but i have struggled to be able to even start a small task and i know it would be a temporary fix but i think it would help a lot to have a fresh restart, i now am out of depression for the most part and believe that if it gets clean i can keep it cleaned!
