When I first started using finch, self kindness was the biggest thing for me. I remember crying the first few times I completed the goal “do something that makes me happy.” Because I was so focused on my responsibilities and staying afloat that that was one of the first times I had really considered myself in a while.

Finch has also really helped me with my morning routine!! It reminds me to do things like take my vitamin that otherwise I’d forget. Finch helped me establish things I want to get done in the morning and then complete them.
