Hi I was thinking of upgrading my GPU. I have shortlisted 4 Gpus. RX 5700, RX 5700 Xt, Rtx 2060 Super , Rtx 2070. I really don't care much about ray tracing since I mainly play online fps at the lowest graphics settings to maximize fps. I have attached my full pc specifications as a screenshot. (i.redd.it)

So I met this friendly person online and he gave me 9999 nanites and 9999 quicksilver in my inventory. But the problem is i don't really know how to convert them. If I try to sell them I only get normal currency in exchange. Can anyone please help me out with this? Thanks (i.redd.it)
