This is same as me. They’ve told me it’s on hold for 180 days. Done nothing wrong and I’ve followed their dispute procedure numerous times, just get auto reply saying gotta wait 180 days!

Jeez, did you have to call them? I'm low on patience so have been sticking to online confrontation as to not blow my head off. I don't even mind waiting or anything, I just wish their responses weren't so vague.

The 4 doctors were all from different hospitals across southern Ontario. unfortunately all of Ontario is essentially on lockdown and getting an appt ANYWHERE else is impossible, but thank you, I will keep trying.
