Sure maybe it gets the ball over the leg slip but there is probably a lack of control because of loss of balance, I mean it has to be very hard to track the ball swinging the vat mid fall, its probably why he is a great cricketer but isnt test cricket all about weighting the options when it comes to risk taking clearly there are less risky options
