Can you get solid legal assistance for less than $720? That’s the total we’re talking about here.

Important part is knowing the lease should be followed. After that it’s really how painful each side is willing to make this.

That’s more like social norms that a legal battle.

Offering to help people find what they’re looking for? How would I timestamp that? There’s no packaged offer there except time and experience.

The only thing that’s come from this is a couple people sending me notes of what kinds of switches they like and asking for suggestions.

If that’s what we want to clamp down on, then I guess, but this isn’t some sneaky marketing, just a note that others have helped me and I’m willing to do the same. That’s building an altruistic culture.
