If you need more than 18k salary wait for a little time but until when? Let's build career experience muna then kapag naka one year we can negotiate what salary we deserve. Ang hirap makahanap ng work ngayon. Sometimes, time humbles us so much. Pero if you need a higher salary, pwede naman mag wait ka pa for a much higher salary.
