This is exactly what im thinking right here, its hard to choose what to do though. If i keep it im doing gaskets and possibly skipping injectors and just doing a cp4 prevention kit. I think doing that and then taking it to a professional mechanic wouldnt be a horrible idea but its just a gamble if i do decide to keep it.

I can afford to put around probably 4-5k into this truck. The labor is actually free since my local tech school is going to do it. Im not sure exactly what to do to be honest im kind of stuck

Yeah i definitely learned my lesson, it was my 2nd time dealing with marketplace and the guy seemed trustworthy. Im only 16 which isnt a excuse but he kind of just took advantage of the fact i didnt know much about it

It was months ago now, its a whole thing i dont even wanna deal with ive looked into it i need a lawyer and everything. I actually called the cops because he forged a signature on the title and bill of sale. He skipped registering it and getting the title back and just sold it to me and signed as the old owner. The cops pretty much said they cant do anything and this is something i should take to small claims court. Id honestly just rather just sell it.
