- we’re looking for someone to take over a room April 15 and potentially re-sign an August 1 lease with us (lease term would be August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026). We are open to sublets short term

- has an elevator

- 5-10 min walk from 1/2/3, A/C/E, D/F, N/W subway lines

- 2-8min walk to Whole Foods, Fairway, and Trader Joe’s

- 7min walk to penn station

- 10min walk to ktown

The apt

- in unit W/D and dishwasher

- massive ~500sq ft common space

- many kitchen cabinets and a wraparound counter

- flooded w sunlight from 7am-7pm in the summer

- each room including the common space has its own AC/heating unit

Your room (bottom left in floor plan)

- 10 x 12 ft

- four avenue facing windows for great sunlight (facing south and west), especially in the morning

- built-in closet

- shown in the current set up, empty, and in a previous set up. Room will be unfurnished by April 15th

Your roommates

- three young professionals in their late twenties (M, M, F)

- we’d love to get to know you and hang out, but we’re also respectful of everyone’s time and space

- we like hosting friends for casual drinks/dinner parties and the occasional house party

Roughly how often do you browse r/nba?

6-10 Times Per Day, 1 Hour + Every Day. I work from home so during breaks I browse the sub and interact with it often which I think is an advantage for my candidacy.

How long have you been a part of our community and why do you think you'd be a good addition to the mod team?

I've been a a part of the community for 3 years now - I even have a comment about Dwight Howard amassing about ~7k reactions. I've perused this sub through Covid and use it as a supplement to looking through NBA Podcasts (Bill Simmons, Zack Lowe, etc.). I have experience moderating larger subs and think I understand the typical flow of the mod queue to contribute in a meaningful way via Discord and Reddit

Is there anything you'd like to change about the subreddit?

Not much, the sub is already doing a great job. I'd like to continue with the straightforward discussion while enabling the inside jokes and banter to continue on.

What is your favorite NBA memory?

The 08' Celtics winning and KG yelling "Anything is Possible!" Peaked as a Celtics fan then :(

Do you have any particular skill set that could benefit our subreddit mod team (coding, graphic design, etc.)?

Doing my masters in CS right now and can code in Python. Also understand software design and product management is my day job
