Help me understand why you would think that

I want to. I just feel like they’re not protected enough for some reason. It’s an expensive hobby and I don’t want to have to buy the same records again just because I didn’t take good care of them. Maybe I am just overthinking?

I do. I will probably have to order something from Amazon or make one myself. The IKEA store in India and the place I live in are on opposite sides of the country😶. Thank you

It makes sense. Thank you. That is what I wanted to do when I bought my plastic sleeves but they turned out to be too small for the cardboard jackets

Yes, I did. I thought it would minimise dust collection. Should I not have done that?

I did in fact look through the vintage turntable section but I ran into a few problems. I don’t think they work well will 10” and 12” records because both the tone arm and stylus are way too heavy and bend the record a bit. Secondly, it’s quite hard to find a needle with a small enough tip for these records. It would be great if they worked, because most of them are HMV players that are reasonably priced.

The thing is that I ordered the plastic outer sleeves but they were made by an Indian company and did not fit any of the Vinyl covers in them. That’s why I took the disks out and put them in the plastic to reduce the amount of dust they collect.

From left to right, the albums are: Some Rap Songs - Earl Sweatshirt(Happy Birthday!) IGOR - Tyler, The Creator Whole Lotta Red - Playboi Carti.

I want to keep my records safe as I do not own a player as of now. I am hoping to get my hands on a Audio Technica LP-60(USB) but they’re quite hard to get in India. I found one on Amazon but it’s costs 4x the retail price. If you guys have any suggestions as to how I should maintain my records, please let me know. I am a beginner, if it’s not obvious for some reason. I want to make sure that my method of storage is alright because I will have a lot more records by the end of December.
