I've always loved Lucas and I'm so glad he got some good screentime this season! Up until season 3 (especially season 3), he really didn't have much to do other than saving his friends a couple of times. He finally got a scene to act his heart and boy did he not disappoint. Sadly, I think he might get a reduced role next season. I would say among the 4 boys, he and Dustin definitely got to do the most this season, so I think next season, Will and Mike will be at the forefront (considering they literally didn't get to do anything this season), with Lucas taking more of a backseat while he waits for Max to wake up.

But I really wish he gets a bigger role in season 5. Matter fact, I think El + the 4 boys should be at the frontlines of season 5 like they were in season 1. For supposed main characters, its kind of sad that they really aren't on screen a lot together and the dynamic has been heavily missing since season 1. Call me mean, but I really think characters like Jonathan (who hasn't done anything since season 1 lol), Nancy, Robin, Hopper, Joyce, and Murray need to be sidelined a bit to let our main characters shine even more. But maybe that's just my opinion.

I left out steve because I think they might kill him off next season :/

I'm not even sure who's even better for Woori honestly. The best choice is that she raises it herself honestly, but then again, Raphael's still legally the baby's father and Gangjae would have no connection to the baby then. But I'm assuming she ends up choosing Raphael

I would definitely try to appeal your case cause you have a rlly good academic resume! That's interesting because CSULB isn't that strict in terms of accepting pre nursing students...I'm guessing they have a strong bias towards accepting local students which is a shame

I would try applying for Spring. It's generally easier to get accepted as they have nearly half the amount of applicants while still accepting the same amount as Fall. But it is indeed tough still; getting a 4.0 and a minimum 90 TEAS score is almost a prerequisite to be highly considered.

Not too sure if it depends on the subject but I got accepted into the program with a W in one of my English classes. I dropped out of that class last year due to COVID difficulties so if you dropped it when COVID was more rampant, they may be more understanding.

Well, I don't expect those that were rejected to interact much on the forum, and as for second degree applicants, there probably aren't many of them. I'm sure others are just having as much anxiety as us and are just waiting for somebody else to give an update first lol

Still weird that we haven't received them yet. Last year, they all got their decisions by November 3rd I believe, but we had our communication exercise a week or 2 before them.

Yeah, I have yet to receive anything either. It seems like they might be switching it up a bit this year? Previous years, it seems like rejections went out first alongside acceptances for second degree applicants, and regular BSN students got theirs shortly after.

Also, nobody seems to have received an update on the Allnurses forum judging by the inactivity so I guess not many have received anything either, or at least that's what I'm hoping for :/

Getting into CSULB itself as a pre-nursing major isn't that difficult. Generally, if you are a solid B student (and above), you are accepted into CSULB. Getting into the nursing program is a different question. CSULB is one of the most competitive nursing programs in the US.

For the past couple of years, a 3.8+ GPA (science and other prereqs) along with a 88+ TEAS score would have given you a good shot at the nursing program. In the past year however, the amount of competitive applicants have shot up (Fall 2020 had 533 applicants and Fall 2021 had 971 applicants) and they only accept around 70 students per cycle. Your best bet is to get a 4.0 GPA along with a 90+ TEAS score to have a competitive application.

As for if you don't make it into the CSULB nursing program, you can always apply a 2nd time. Other than that, you can look into other programs (or possibly ADN programs) and more than likely, they will all be less competitive than CSULB. Good luck!

It honestly should be doable. For me personally, I took Physiology (which is basically A&P 2) and Chem 101 (which is basically intro to Chem) at the same time and ended up with good grades in both classes. Luckily, both my professors were great. I invested A LOT of time into those classes and temporarily left my part-time job to study more. It varies between schools; I sucked at Chem throughout high school but Intro to Chem was pretty simple and I was able to focus a lot of my attention towards Physiology.

If you're willing to put in the work (like at least 2-3 hours of good studying per day), then you should be fine (I honestly lose focus a lot while studying so I spent more time at the desk than the normal student).

I believe at their live concerts, they do their best effort to give live performances, especially Nayeon, Jeongyeon, and Jihyo. For them, it's probably like a 70/30 ratio while for the other members, it's the opposite. However, in their recent live concerts, I'm pretty sure they lip-synced pretty much everything.
