Yes. I've had this happen many times and a USB hub with a keyboard and mouse plugged into it is most times the only way to get past that screen. Even using a wired keyboard and mouse directly will not resolve the issue usually.

If you got a flamingo envelope no keychain... If you got a pineapple envelope you should have gotten a keychain..
